Return policy

At immobuyer, exchanging or returning an item is a breeze. Enjoy the comfort of your own home to try on your new purchase, and if you need a different size, color, or wish to request a refund, simply let us know. You can then drop off your return at any convenient UPS Access Point.

Return Period:
You have up to 28 days from the date you receive your order to:

  • Email us at immobuyer@outlook.com
  • Drop off your return at the nearest UPS Access Point
  • Send your purchase back to us at 3382 Baker Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas, United States

Free Returns:
Returns are complimentary if you utilize the pre-printed return label provided in your original order and drop off your item at a UPS Access Point within 14 days of receipt. After this period, a return fee of $9.95 + tax will be deducted from your refund.

Alternative Return Methods:
If you opt not to use the pre-printed label and choose a different courier, no return fee will be deducted, but you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs agreed upon with your selected provider.

Exchanges:
No return fee applies when exchanging items.

Condition of Returns:
Items must be returned unused, with all immobuyer and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not adhere to our policy will be returned to you.

Looking for a Different Size or Color?
Exchanging your purchase for another size or color is free (subject to availability at the time of your return request). Please note, taxes and duties may apply for non-US customers. If you wish to try a different style, return your item for store credit and purchase the new item separately.

All returned products must be in new, unused condition, with all protective materials intact and immobuyer and designer tags attached (if applicable). This includes all packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce refunds/exchanges for items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration from their original condition.

Circumstances for Reduced Refunds:

  • The product(s) have been used, worn, damaged, or washed.
  • The designer and immobuyer tags are not attached or have not been returned.
  • Any packaging considered an integral part of the product (e.g., dust bag) has not been returned.

You will be notified if we propose to reduce your refund for these reasons. Alternatively, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense.

Bags and Accessories:
Include all designer packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags, with your return. Handle light-colored bags and accessories with care, as dark clothing can transfer dye.

Shoes:
Try shoes on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Return all items, including the dust bag and shoebox, intact within outer packaging.

Grooming, Fragrance, and Candles:
Grooming products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Candles and fragrances are final sale and cannot be returned due to transport restrictions.

Underwear and Swimwear:
Please try these items on over your underwear.

Fine Jewelry:
Return exquisite jewelry pieces unworn, with the presentation box, protective packaging, and any immobuyer/designer cards or tags included.

Luxury Watches:
Return luxury watches unworn, with the plastic protective cover on the face, and in original packaging, including the warranty, presentation box, and any outer packaging. Ensure the watch has not been wound, and watch bracelets adjusted at your request must be returned with the exact same number of links as originally delivered.

Technology:
Return technology products in their original packaging.

Final Sale:
Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Late Returns:
Items should be returned within 28 days of receipt. Late returns may be accepted at immobuyer's discretion and may only be refunded as store credit.

Colors:
We strive to display product colors accurately, but variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices may affect color representation. We cannot guarantee complete accuracy of color display on your monitor.
